Kelly Kennedy has served as our Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer since January 2021. With more than twenty-five years of experience, Kennedy is an accomplished CFO who has built strong financial success for brands across the consumer goods sector in private equity backed start-up ventures, and large public and private companies. Prior to joining Honest, Kennedy most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of Bartell Drugs, a family-owned pharmacy chain. She also previously served as the Chief Financial Officer of Sur La Table, Inc., and See’s Candies as well as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Annie’s. Kennedy currently serves on the board of directors and audit committee of Vital Farms Inc. and is also a board member for FirstFruits Farms LLC. She received her M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and her B.A. in Economics from Middlebury College.
