Jonathan Mayle is the Senior Vice President (SVP) Customer Sales of The Honest Company, serving in this role since August 2023. As SVP of Customer Sales, he is focused on driving revenue through maximizing retailer partnerships, distribution growth, and on-shelf competitiveness. In this role, Jonathan reports directly to CEO Carla Vernón and oversees Honest’s Customer and Retail Sales organizations. With over a decade of experience, Jonathan has been on the forefront of developing organizational omnichannel market strategies, accelerating the #1 Natural/Organic food portfolio, and leading annual customer joint business planning. Before joining Honest, he was a dynamic sales leader at General Mills and has held multiple sales roles working with industry leading retailers such as Walmart, Target, and Dollar General. Prior to joining General Mills, he also served as head of sales for the internal start-up accelerator incubator, G-Works. Throughout his career, Jonathan has been an empowering leader for diversity and inclusion. He served as the Sales President for the Black Champions Network and served as Chair of the Sales Diversity and Inclusion Committee. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Arizona.
