Brendan Sheehey
General Counsel
Brendan Sheehey has served as our General Counsel since June 2020, where he is responsible for leading our legal team, setting legal strategy and overseeing key deals and relationships across product, regulatory, commercial, international expansions, privacy, IP, policy and compliance. Prior to joining Honest, Sheehey served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Targus International LLC, where he led the company’s legal department and oversaw its corporate governance. Prior to joining Targus, Sheehey also held in-house counsel roles at Arbonne International LLC and Corinthian Colleges, and counseled clients while at Sidley Austin LLP. He holds a B.A. in Geography from U.C. Santa Barbara, an M.A. in Geography from the University of South Carolina and a J.D. from University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
